I thought the best way to improve personal and professional excellence is to write about it. We who are involved with internet marketing, working a full time job, raising a family and the list could go on seem to cheat ourselves with proper exercise, diet, rest and just taking time off for ourselves.
Exercise and Relaxation
Take a little time aside and treat yourself special. Just for play and relaxation. Why? Because if you pamper yourself or even just make sure you are involved in healthy habits, your energy level will soar! Do you get out there and walk or run regularly? If you are among the wise you will probably have learned over your life; that adhering to a few good rules helps you live day to day full of energy. Without energy drinks, coffee, chocolate and all the other not so healthy ways we try to increase our energy level.
The amount of exercise you take depends on age and fitness level. As an adult it is important to take at least 2 hours a week. Things like taking a quick walk play in a neighborhood softball game or gardening are all good ways to exercise. If you are a fit adult then go jogging, hiking, bicycling, or swimming. It will all prove to be helpful to your overall health. There are so many ways we can improve our energy level through the proper amount of exercise.
Fast Food City
What we eat has a great deal to do with our Energy level. Just eating a piece of fruit instead of our most lovable snack can make a big difference. I am very guilty with going through the drive thru to purchase a baconinator. Do you eat enough raw and cooked Vegetables or are you a strictly meat and potatoes character? Trust me I am making my own check list. So to control our energy level we eliminate the quick fixes and increase proper nutrition.
Getting the Proper Sleep
I think most of us wish there were 48 hours in a day. Some of us need more sleep than others. Do you get 6 to 8 hours sleep a night? Well I am a very heavy sleeper so I feel great with 5 or 6. You have to be the judge of that. Just remember to get the proper amount. Fighting sleep to finish a project may cause unwanted stress, fatigue, irritability etc. Just making a few changes with exercise, diet and proper rest will make a big difference improving your energy level.
